a. Amplitude

This can be found directly off the equation itself. This equation follows the  y=Asin(ωt) format, so we can read that the amplitude is

2.00 cm

b. Period

Remember that ω=2π/T
                      so: 10 = 2π/T
                               T = 10/2π

T = 0.628s

c. Maximum Speed

The amplitude of the v(t) function determines the maximum speed.
v(t) = -Aωcos(ωt)

so:

vmax = Aω
        = (2.00cm)(10rad/s)
        = 20.0 cm/s
